Wine is believed by many to be a gift from God. It holds a significant role in many cultures around the world for its ability to bring people together and share in the experience. Our “Perfect Pairings” Wine Tasting experiences are offered in two formats; one is our sit down educational style where our wine professionals guide guests through the basics of wine tasting etiquette: from how to hold the wine glass properly, the 5 “S’s” of wine tasting, how to properly store wine, the optimum serving temperatures, how and why which foods pair best with certain wines as well as share some fun wine trivia.
During this 1.5- 2 hour presentation, guests will sample 5 to 7 different wines, each paired with a specially selected food item. Our wine experts can provide you with a list of suggested food pairings or we can help coordinate a tasting menu to suit your budget utilizing one of the private chefs or caterers in our network. An alternative format would be for us to introduce/pour our wines at stations set up around the room, whereby each wine station will be manned by a knowledgeable wine professional along with their respective perfect pairings. Our wine tastings may be conducted in your home or we can find a suitable venue for you.
